The plan involved a social media collaboration to showcase gym perks and sweat equity opportunities, paired with a special offer: existing members receive a complimentary introductory class plus discounts, and new members enjoy a free class in January. Class schedules will be integrated into the gym's website, with holiday-themed promotions to boost engagement and align with core values.

The website relaunch optimized the user experience and drove organic growth through pop-up email sign-ups offering incentives like a free class and exclusive events. Post-launch, the focus shifted to customer engagement with monthly newsletters, post-class review requests, and social media invitations, ensuring consistent cross-channel interaction.
